Raina, the little budgie who needed a home

Hoped her misery ended when we adopted her August 7, 2009 -- loving home, good food, a cagemate/"big sister budgie." Little over a year later, major latent physical problems made her so ill... Opted for euthanasia, with profoundly mixed feelings.

Kissy-beaks to you forever, little Raina-birdy.
